A cozy room set up for meditation or yoga with colorful cushions on a large patterned rug, soft lighting from lamps and natural light from windows, wall decor, and musical instruments.

In the summer of 2025 I opened The Heartsong Shala as a space to offer and expand my work, as well as to provide a place for other related community offerings.

The Heartsong Shala is a sacred space meditation and music studio devoted to the remembrance of our Holy Being, both human and divine, through the use of intention, voice, music, meditation, and community as the orienting modalities of practice.

The Heartsong Shala is proud to offer a very unique weaving of spiritual practice, chant, and music education, rooted within the context of sacred song and sound.
